PU film dressing rolls with acrylic adhesive. Dimensions and printed layouts are developed around your requirements.

Customer size examples

10 cm x 5 m is the most frequently supplied size. A 20 cm x 5 m version has also been sampled.

These are customer specifications, not a fixed size range. Other dimensions are reviewed to your requirements.

Surface carrier	PET or PP, with gloss or matte finish.
PU film & adhesive	PU film specification and acrylic adhesive coat weight are generally kept fixed.
Release liner	Glassine paper, typically 80 g/m². 100 g/m² or other weights can be requested.
Printing	Front and back printing can be requested; feasibility depends on the construction and requires confirmation.
Front peel cut	Usually a central S-shaped cut; custom layouts can be reviewed.
Back peel cut	Usually a straight edge kiss-cut; custom layouts can be reviewed.

Supply condition	Generally non-sterile. Customers typically arrange subsequent packaging and sterilization.
Samples	Standard samples and custom sample preparation available.
Sample timing	Fast preparation; timing confirmed after design review.
Minimum order	Flexible MOQ, discussed according to specifications.
Packaging	Customized according to the agreed supply requirements.
